Shipping and Deliveries
For goods in storage, orders will be executed within 3 working days to the adress signed in order.
For goods not in storage, orders will take us within 14th business days.
Shipping will be made from Italy by carrier espresso. Shipping time are 3 to 10 business days for UE destination.
For other destinations shipping time will be considered from time to time.
For prompt delivery, we ask you to fill the note of order with "URGENT" and wished delivery date.
We will keep track of you shipping... you can check anytime looking Track your order.
Every product is carefully packaged in order to save the customer in the evenience of breaking or miscarriage during the transport.

Returns
Customers have the right to recede, with no penalty, according to D.L. n. 185 of 1999 of the italian law.

So you can obtain the refund of your payment. You have only reforwarding charges at your expense.
