Cancellations and the Right to Rescind (ex art. 5 D.LGS. no. 185/1999)
“The customer has the right to rescind from the present agreement, without penalty and without the obligation of specifying the reason, within and no later than ten working days after receiving the goods”. The right to rescind cannot be exercised with regard to the acquisition of goods that, by their very nature, cannot be shipped back or are subject to any deterioration or rapid alteration. The right to rescind is exercisable by writing, within the aforementioned stipulated time, to the head office of Lo Zoo di Simona, Via Giosuè Borsi 23, 05100 Terni, Italy via registered letter with a returned receipt. Correspondence may even be sent, within the same stipulated time period, by telegram, or facsimile (fax number +39 02700527063), provided that confirmation of same is sent via registered letter within the following 48 hours.

In the event that the goods have already been delivered, the customer is bound to send them back to Lo Zoo di Simona within ten days. Shipping charges for the return of the merchandise will be at the customer’s expense. Lo Zoo di Simona will reimburse the customer for the goods within ten days after receipt of same by Lo Zoo di Simona.
